[QUOTE="Stemar, post: 955260, member: 179630"] [I][FONT=Georgia][SIZE=4][COLOR=#0000ff]Hi Everyone, Unfortunately for all of us with diabetes, weather it's Type 1, or Type 2, we are at the mercy of doctors and clinical staff, who don't like to be told anything that may be of benefit to us, even though you have investigated the various treatments that are available, at the time. As they have this higher than us attitude, plus when you ask anything of them in the form of a question, they reply with an answer that then leaves one with 2 more question, I believe they do this because they are unsure of what treatment to suggest, or how it will work, themselves. Because medicine, like diabetes is a case of trial and error, to see what works, as what may work for one, may not work for another, so we must continue to try various things, until we find a solution that works for oneself. This is only my opinion as I don't have a high regard for some Doctors I've come across in the past, with their condescending ways, but we must utilize their abilities so as to gain some sort of control over this condition, that creeps up on us without any warning.
