Metformine and Pioglitazone

I have been on Metformin/Pioglitazone for about 4 months now. Does anyone else take this and do you have side effects. The clinic imply that this mix is fairly new

I used to be on both of those and never had any trouble.

In todays daily fail they are mentioning that pioglitazone is banned in France and has been dropped in Germany. I don't know whether to be worried by this

On Pioglitazone I calmly decided that as we are all doomed to die eventually i would just go now WOW. Nurse stopped pio instantly and all returned to normal so be very aware of odd effects

No probs defo no depression etc and that was the scary thing was not suicidal and this mindset just happened ,guess that the speed i was stopped from this drug could mean i was not alone with this

Bladder cancer risk has caused Pio to be banned in many countries.
