I have subscribed to this chap's newsletter.
He has some interesting things to say on differing topics, but the last two newsletters have contained the first 2 of an undetermined number of pieces on insulin and glucagon.
You'll have to scroll down towards the end to get to the relevant bit (unless you want to read it all)

Michaael Eade has done some great presentations in the low carb world particularly re the iniquity of vegetable oils. He is the author of Protein Power but no evangelist. See here:
My browser won't let me subscribe to The Arrow but will keep trying as I like his explanation of the relationship between glucagon and inuslin (see also Ben Bikmen).
