I've been getting bored of my low carb porridge, so this week I've been having poached eggs and tinned sardines or mackerel. I discovered that you can make poached eggs in the microwave in less than a minute! Just crack two into a cup, put a bit of water in cover with good quality cling film and put them in for around a minute.
