On Saturday I started with tickly cough, not too bad but there. Over the next few days it has got worse and I have started to feel unwell, aching limbs, headache, sore throat and chest feels sore. No temperature as yet but Blood glucose levels up from my normal levels, 11.2 this evening before dinner. I am type 2 and on Alogliptin and Metformin. As levels were high, just ate some boiled ham and salad this evening, no carbs at all.

Not sure it is coronavirus, as no raised temperature, irrespective while feeling ill what should I do to try and keep BG levels in check.

Not a whole lot, we generally have to ride infections out. Keep an eye on your symptoms and if you develop a temperature ring 111 for advice.

I believe 111.nhs.uk is supposed to be the first place to try.
