Well I own up to having indulged in the odd mince pie and Christmas pudding - just wouldn't be Christmas without them. You can keep the chocolates and cakes - I really don't miss them at all. I am now looking forward to the New Year so that I can curb my naughty tendencies and be saint like once more ;-D

Topped with rubarb stewed with cinnamon ....let it go cold , put on cake and serve with whipped cream ....
Who needs mince pies ....but I will be making this for Easter now ....x
When I can eat again I will be making this ....the cake is made with olive oil .....that is the fat in the cake ....I am drooling.......
