This is what I was thinking. This message comes up when I open the Minimed Mobile app, click through the prompts and try to sign in. (The sign in page it directs me to is Carelink.
From what little I remember of logging in since I haven’t done it for a very long time Did you make sure to select the correct country before signing in? If you select the wrong one I suspect this error would also come up.
