I changed recently to the advanced minimed mio infusion sets and have found that sometimes the tubing disconnects itself from the canula on its own causing me to go high. Not sure how this happens as to remove you normally have to squeeze the release clips on either side of the canula. Have tried just pulling it but it seems secure but if slight pressure is applied to one of the clips it can disconnect. Have been using a pump for years now and never had this problem before. Going to contact Medtronic product support to report but wanted to know if I’m the only person who has noticed this as no hits when searched on Google.
