hi,i am taking humulin and soluble twice a day,4 hours later i remembered i forgot to take my insulin.so i took half my dose i shall see what happens during the night,will let you know,could do with some tips if it happens again.
 
welcome to the froum :)
you can buy a timesulin to fit on the end of your pen-- it tells you when you last dose was so you will always know for sure.

just google timesulin
