Mixing low GL with mid GL - does it average the GL?

Hello

Having searched again, various answers and tbh, my heads in a spin at times. Usually, i get a plain English answer here so here it goes.

If I ate some food with a GL 20 and equal amount of food that was low GL and equated to 10 Gl, would that verage out my intake fo GL for that sessions ie a GL of 15/

Sadly no. You add GLs, so you've enjoyed a total GL for that session of 30.
 
Hi again

V good, easy to read, digest reading.

Besan, a flour used for chappati's - yellow kind, usally these type of roti are eaten with spinach or has herbs added to it and eaten with herbed yogurt - not had for donkeys years, will try this weekend or next
