Type 1 Mm2 and tomato

Hi everyone.
Can any1 help please.
We have the mm2 and are trying to use it with the Fitbit versa lite and Samsung galaxy S7, but it will only work with the versa or tomato app on its own, and the connection keeps dropping out with the phone. Gas any1 else had issues or have any suggestions to fix issue. Be greatly appreciated if you do. Thanks

Hi Steve,

Welcome to the forum.

You could try going into your application manager on your phone, go into "systems apps" then find
"Bluetooth share" "Bluetooth test" & off you have it? "Quick connect"

With each one. Force stop. Then clear data & clear cache..

Then restart your device reconnecting your MM2 or watch.

I use a Galaxy note 4 with Xdrip reader the watch I use is a Watlaa 1. & of course a MM2 bridge..

On my research I discovered some Samsung BT can be a bit flakey.

Hope this helps. Hopefully someone will have experience of Tomato & Fitbit.

But in the meanwhile let's focus on the phone.
