Every night before bed I give my feet a good moisturising, now usually I use a foot cream, sometimes just a general moisturiser or a hand cream.
I have a hairless dog and he has had a bit of very dry skin where he has licked it, I put Sudocrem on this ever night to stop it becoming sore, have done this for ages.
Last night after I had done the dog, being lazy I decided just to whack some Sudocrem on my feet, wow, all this morning I have been saying to people feel my feet, though only offering a foot to be touched. My feet feel great, so soft and silky.
Sudocrem is now my new moisturiser for everything for now.
Has anyone tried Vicks vapor rub, seemingly this is meant to be good, I was going to try it before Sudocreme became my new best friend.
PS I know a main ingredient in both is paraffin wax, and I used to do feet in that pre diabetes but it didn't seem so good after.

Sudocreme is brilliant for lots of different stuff. I'm trialling a cheaper version from Aldi at the moment. It's Mamia nappy rash cream. Looks like sudocreme, smells like sudocreme, has the same active ingredients and it cost 75p.

And yes it is good for feet. Hubby suffers with terrible dry skin so I suggested he used this and it's clearing up :)

Also the Avon family mosturiser is good. It comes in a big container and is about £3

never thought of using sudacrem on my feet I use oilitum every morning.....sudacrem is good as a barrier and for feet it seems will deff look to using :)

I've only heard of using Vick on the feet as relief for colds/coughs. Apparently it's supposed to receive symptoms
