Monitor help

Hi guys, I use the Accu-Chek Aviva Expert and it is really good as it tells me how much to inject at meal times etc, but I need to change my carb to insulin ratio and have tried all day to change it with no luck! Does anyone know how to do this? thanks.

Not sure if I can help but I use an aviva combo with a pump. To change insulin/carb ratios I would have to go into settings, then bolus advice, then time blocks, then choose the particular time block and scroll down to ratios.
