food(not so obvious) butter beans, liver, custard puddings, running machines, badly written books, badly controlled dogs, doctors
I have a Freestyle lite glucose monitor and have been advised by GP to start using it again. But I can't find the user guide. Any ideas where I can get one:?:
 
If you google it then it comes straight up. Search for "Freestyle lite manual" :)
