Hi @lynbrown, if you want something that alerts overnight, then you're looking at either Dexcom or Medtronic Guardian Connect.

There are plenty of Dexcom users on here, but the Medtronic product is new, so you may not get feedback.

There are continuous glucose monitors (dexcom; enlite). Cgm would be self funded and they are costly.
