So my neighbour is cheating on his wife, and I know this for fact because the walls are thin!

I feel really bad whenever I see his poor wife, having been betrayed myself I know how it feels and I'm wondering if I should tell her, I would want to know I think.

I know it's none of my business but I just can't stand how he sneaks his bit on the side in within minutes of his wife leaving for work and how he struts around without a care in the world while she works hard to support his bony a$$

What should I do?

Cripes mist, I wouldn't tell her myself. She might get rather annoyed with you. Have you evidence of him being unfaithful...the sort you could add to a letter for instance...a photo? I don't like the idea of an anonymous letter but if you were to do it I would type the letter on plain paper.... and don't sign it either. Not that you are stupid enough to do that . I wouldn't want to be in your position for anything.

Yea it's a tricky one. I just hate seeing people being used like that!

Mist
Do the right thing If that was you You would hope someone would let you know as you know someone is going to get hurt
Get a few pictures of her coming to the house print of and post with letter to her Saying this is my ex Why is she my ex Because she's sleep with your husband

@mist ...a tricky one but sometimes you just have to do the right thing and speak out..

..had a similar dilemma myself recently....not relating to someone having an affair but to do with a financial matter.....after considerable thought I did pass some information on to a third party related to the incident as was only right that they should know....am hoping I can sleep easier now having stressed and thought long and hard about options over a number of days.... (though slightly concerned what may happen if original perpetrator finds out where information came from....hopefully not)....

....guess you need to think this through carefully before you say or do anything as you are literally living next to the person / persons concerned.....is not an easy one.....good luck....

You could try saying something like " I see your lodger quite a bit these days, she is pretty. Can I ask her name?"....or some such!

That's a good idea. Play the ignorance card but plant a seed of suspicion!

What a horrible dilemma to be in. On the one hand you feel empathy and on the other, aren't sure if you are doing the right thing if you try to tell her.

He's playing a dangerous game by having his bit on the side go to his house.

Maybe you could make reference to a "lodger"? The ignorance card sounds like a plan . . .

I think @ellagy is right. And you're right too, she should know that her relationship isn't quite as it seems... What a horrible position to be in, a nice little reference to frequent visitor/lodger is a smart idea, then you're not accusing him of anything (which might backfire on you somehow).

People can be rotten sometimes, it's happened to me too. I was the last to know.... Friends huh!!

Good luck honey

Thanks everyone, ok I'm going to go down the "lodger" route. She's just left for work and right on cue his bit on the side has just turned up. I'm tempted to phone her right now and ask to rush back as I just saw her keys fall out of her bag or something..

For now, I'll just pump out some loud music to ruin his day as much as possible!

Will wait for next instalment.

I like the record "silence is golden" by the Tremeloes (60's child!!) and the words I think are quite apt to the situation here in a vague way.

If I were you I would turn a blind eye ..... Get my gist, mist? Seriously unless your neighbour is also a very close friend, stay well clear. It's none of your business unfortunately. And you may not know what exactly is going on.

Phone her anonymously at work tell her to come home when the other woman is there, catch the cheating scum at it....

Any news?

Well when I spoke to her she said she knows all about and that she's biding her time, that was a couple of weeks ago and I've been expecting a nuclear bomb to go off next door, but as yet, nothing.

Oooh, let's hope she has a cunning plan. It's rather nice to think that he's oblivious to what's coming...
