Its not something I post about on newcomer threads. </p><p></p><p>The [USER=25759]@daisy1[/USER] post is very good, however in my personal opinion it should make rather more emphasis on the nature of the changes that could be adopted and make it clearer that a focus on achieving control through diet is likely to lead to better long term outcomes than a reliance on medication. </p><p></p><p>Just a personal opinion.
