I wear a libre2+. When I wake in the morning I check my readings on my phone before getting up. They are usually around 5. I dont eat or drink anything then when I get up and start moving around they ready 8/9/10.
Has anyone else found this?

Yup, it's called 'Foot on the Floor phenomenon'.

Simplified, when we wake up, our livers try to be helpful and want to give us a boost of energy to help get us going for the day, so it dumps glucose in our bloodstream. Friendly liver is blissfully unaware that we have diabetes and that the extra glucose may be counterproductive.
It doesn't happen for everyone, and in my case I have periods where it's more pronounced and periods where it just means a rise of 1 or 2 mmol/l.
I have T1, and I usually take some insulin for it before getting out of bed. Which is not an option if your not on insulin of course, and it needs very careful experimentation and maybe a talk with an HCP if you are.
