Type 2
I am diabetic type 2 on tablets.
Due to too much rushing around and not drinking enough, dehydration crept up on me. I've been suffering from dizziness the last few mornings. My blood sugar has been 9/10. Ive been trying to drink more water. How long does this take to return to normal and any advise before I go to sleep to try and reduce my morning dizziness.

When you feel dizzy Laura; have you ever checked your blood pressure?

If it is dehydration, it can take several days to properly correct itself, in my experience, although any meaningful dehydration I have suffered has been in the heat.

Thank you both for your replies. My dizziness has eased today. I can't get in the doctors until Monday. I think my blood sugar level increase has been a reaction to this rather than the cause.
