Today is the start of me fully committing to lower carbs, eating to my numbers so I can lower sugar levels and get healthier.

Will spend some time over the weekend, doing some menu planning and then start online shopping, avoid temptation.

I didn't notice the list of pills before. Might be worth checking with the doc whether there are any swollen feet side effects amongst them. I know one of my Mother's BP meds made her feet puff up and stuffed around with her asthma. I couldn't tell you which one though and may not be one off the list. No way she'd know either.
