I am aware of the concept of DP which I hadn't really worried about before - on the list but least of my original problems,
But now it is not only worse it is pretty much the only real big rise of the day.
I go from a FBG of about 5 @ 7:30 then by 10:00 to 7 and it stays at that level or drifts really slowly down for 2 hours or more.
What techniques have people found to manage it - does it eventually go away on LCHF?
I was seeing 5 - 6 but now it is 5-7 it is a bit more worrying particularly if it continues to get worse.
