Your Bgs are fine, you don't say if they are before or after eating and this will make a difference as to how they are interpreted.
8mmols and coming down after two hours is regarded as OK, but personally I keep mine below that if I can, maybe no more that 7 mmol.
Before meals I aim for 5 ish, but don't always manage that unless I have excercised.
It is important to monitor the trend, if it is upwards you need to watch what you eat or increase excercise.
My guess (and that is all it can be) is that youwill come back down again in a couple of days.
Many things can affect your BGs, a slight cold will push mine up, a hot bath will as well, so just keep an eye on the trend.
