Hi there , just wondering why my morning results , before breakfast are always high - 6.7 to 7 most mornings . They range from
5 to 6 ‘s during the day and evenings. I’m prediabetic btw - last test result was 44.

This is likely to be due to Dawn Phenomenon - a daily glucose dump from your liver to give you the energy to start your day.
Most people experience this whether diabetic, pre-diabetic or it not diabetic at all
