Mortality Rates Thought

For the most part, regarding health, I simply repeat what I’ve been told by others.

“Eat low fat heart healthy grains...” has now changed.

Yet, I don’t want to simply repeat the same mantras that, for example, Jason Fung says, as if it’s an axiom no different from Ancel Keys. I’m a Fung fan because of experiential knowledge.

This time, I’m gaining personal experience and studying conflicting studies for myself.

Here’s my thought that I open to opinions & critique —

It seems to me that elevated blood glucose or Type 2 is behind more mortality than credited. This includes inflammation and heart attacks, strokes and even cancers.

Anyone think this is true?

If so - the food processing & lab oil industry has done immeasurable harm.

General physicians treat symptoms but heal little (if any).

Well most would say its hyperinsulinemia rather than elevated blood glucose which is simply a symptom.
And I think I'd agree.
