motor neuropathy suffers ?

has anyone on here been diagnosed or know what the symptoms of motor neuropathy are ? i am interested as my right foot is getting weaker and weaker to the point where i have episodes of foot drop i have been the doctor but he dosent seem too concerned as my ba1c is 5.4 so I'm kinda confused as to whats going on with me
 
You need to ask for a referral to an Orthopaedic Consultant as it could be associated with diabetes.

Foot drop can sometimes be caused by nerve damage linked to diabetes (known as a neuropathy).

This is what your G.P. should have done according to the article.

"Foot drop is often diagnosed during a physical examination. Your GP will look at the way you walk and examine your leg muscles".
