motor neuropathy suffers ?

has anyone on here been diagnosed or know what the symptoms of motor neuropathy are ? i am interested as my right foot is getting weaker and weaker to the point where i have episodes of foot drop i have been the doctor but he dosent seem too concerned as my ba1c is 5.4 so I'm kinda confused as to whats going on with me :(
 
You need to ask for a referral to an Orthopaedic Consultant as it could be associated with diabetes.

Foot drop can sometimes be caused by nerve damage linked to diabetes (known as a neuropathy).

This is what your G.P. should have done according to the article.

"Foot drop is often diagnosed during a physical examination. Your GP will look at the way you walk and examine your leg muscles".
