I have been for nerve condution studies today and was told I have motor neuropathy and carpel tunnel syndrom in both hands but more so in the right hand, the base of the thumb (the fleshy bit) has diminished and was told I will need 2 operation to release the carpel ligarment, nerves in my feet are not to good either and have always been to at the foot clinic I have good feet for the length I have been diabetic..

I have also been put forward for an insulin pump and have an appointment on the 28th so will see how far forward they are with that.

Just wanted to share my bad news with you all

Aw I am sorry to hear your new gaz it sounds like they are motivated which is good
yeah wasn,t even a week wait to get the tests done, and don't think they will beat about the bush getting the operations done as its getting worse (the muscle loss which I,ll take a picture of)

Recently had my thumb operated on (to release carpel ligament). No problem, just 20 mins and you're done.
