going back to mouthwash which I did twice per day and my sugars were getting higher and higher which I could not understand until one day I relised it was the mouthwash,so I phoned Ireland( the country) where it was manufactured and they thanked me and said they would look into it,they had no idea.And now I think it has something to do with the alcohol so now I only have mouthwash alcohol free and it worked.
 
A little known factoid is that mouthwash was first designed as a floor cleaner. Source? QI.

Listerine, for instance, was invented in the nineteenth century as a powerful surgical antiseptic. It was later sold, in distilled form, as both a floor cleaner and a cure for gonorrhea. But it wasn't a runaway success until the 1920s, when it was pitched as a solution for "chronic halitosis"— a then obscure medical term for bad breath.
 
nowonder it tastes foul floor cleaner and and a sd treatment yucky yuck
