Hi,
im lenny can anyone help with this question.
I have a very bad habit of falling asleep at meetings,seminars etc when sat down i just drift away and then gone.I am a diabetic treated by both injection and tablet has anyone else experiencedthis.

Hi lenny,welcome to thr forum,I've moved your first post out of 'just being nosey' so that everyone gets a chance to welcome you!
Have you tried testing your blood sugar when you get sleepy like this?Mind you it could just be being in a warm room after eating,I've fallen asleep at lectures before usually because they are boring!!

Hi Lenny,

This usually happens to me after vigarous exercise or not having had enough sleep the night before, I need about 7 hours daily it seems:x, annoys my better half though!
