Type 1 Moving to Dubai?

I'm type 1 diabetic but am looking at moving and working abroad in Dubai. Is this going to be really expensive for me to get my insulin abroad and will I have to switch to different medications? Moving to Dubai would be a dream but I'm just wondering if medical insurance covers enough or if I would be out of pocket?

Have you tried an ex-pat forum? They may be able to give you more information about the health system in Dubai.
