I reported a packet of test strips as reading massively apart from the true result a couple of months ago. The company refused to test the strips, replaced my meter and insisted the matter was closed. I then used the same pot again recently and got another massively variant result this time much too high instead of much too low. As I'd got nowhere with the company I reported it to the yellow card scheme. I have now been contacted by the company who want the strips to test. Who usually does the testing in the MRHA process is it the company or the MRHA?
The company are finally offering to replace my test strips which is all I'd wanted in the first place.
