Hi All!

I'm part of founders of a small start-up - we are really keen to bring something new to the market that doesn't have all that sugar/syrups/honey added like muesli in supermarkets have.

Can you please help me and fill this 5-min survey? https://docs.google.com/a/student.l...rm?formkey=dGJHczkzOUFMUkluMFhMbUlzMWhMalE6MA

We really want to help out everyone out there who unfortunately cannot afford those blood sugar spikes but still want to have nutritious and tasty breakfast.

Thanks!

But grains are often worse than sugar when it comes to bg spikes. This new muesli without added sugar will still be made from cereal of some kind?

Yes, we'll offer a variety of different 'grains' with suggestions of which ones are the best for different purposes. For example, soya or buckwheat flakes are reported to have less effect on the sugar spikes, but it is also about portion control. Also, we aim to customise the mix and thus include other ingredients proportionally more (likes of seeds and nuts for protein and fat)
