Hi all,
Has anyone got any recommendations as to which multi vitamins are best to generally boost the immune system?
I've been type 2 for about a year and a half and have found my general state of health has declined during this time.
I've had viruses, infections, stomach bugs etc and I've had to have a fair amount of time off work.
After a little research I found a product called 'Vitabiotics Diabetone' - can anybody recommend it or anything else similar please?
