Multi vitamins

Was wondering if anyone especially type 1s out there have experienced any change in there bs due to taking multi vitamins as the winter is well and truly here was gonna get them for my hubby he has a healthy balanced diet but thought it might give a little boost at a busy time of year but don't want to get any if they may affect his diabetes so decided this is the best place to ask x x x

Me too, no problems. Be aware that some may have a sugar coating though. I also take chromium picolate and zinc tablets.
