As you cannot get them in the Uk, you should invest in a Fastclix lancing device. It as easy to use as a Multiclix.

The Multiclix lancets are still available here in Australia from the bigger pharmacies.

I use the Fastclix, all accessories readily available in the UK. It is so easy to use my little dog could use it! I highly recommend it.
