Stuck to healthy eating yesterday was feeling great then woke up 2 times during the night and ate…….
3xbag of crisps 2 bags in two sandwiches
A magnum
And a soft cheese sandwich
That’s 6 slices of bread
I was absolutely craving carbs to the point that my body woke me up to go and raid the kitchen.

Any help with this out of control way of eating?
 
I don't actually buy anything I shouldn't eat. In fact there are certain foods I have never had in the house. I live on my own so must be easier.
I also am someone who gets hungry in the night. Not quite so much now but always been a problem since young.
I tend to eat cheese if hungry, some cucumber or a tomato.
Bread is so bad for me and dare not go near it.
What a about a few nuts? Slice of ham or other meat. They fill you up and stop the cravings.
 
Put a padlock on the larder door. Freeze the bread.
 
Have a no carb high fat/protein snack before bed. Have water by your bed to drink if you wake, don’t get out of bed!
