You sound like I was.
Adding fat in to my diet has stopped the pains ( mine I believe was statin damage). The only fat I got was semiskimmed milk and a bit of butter as I never ate much meat and never cheese.
Nowadays I have double cream in my coffee once a day, double cream or full fat greek yogurt with flaxeed and chia seeds on my berries with 100g of brie cheese every night. I now eat salmon and gorgeous fishcakes. Pointy red peppers also have philly cheese in. Rest of my food is mainly veg or salad with only occasional meats.oh and cheese omlettes and everything in coconut oil. Any homebaked goodies are with ground almonds, coconut flour and coconut milk.
This has totally restored my muscle damage.
