Muscle pains

I have been in metaformin 1500mg from last 1 month ... Now, I m feeling severe back muscles pain. Unable to sit or sleep or walk ... I skipped walking from last 1 day.

Does anyone experienced muscle pains because of the medicine? My BG is 6 now when experienced the pain

All my pains are age and injury related, Lipitor was the drug I had with a pain side affec (t ended up on a stick)

I think you need to see your G.P. It is mentioned as a possible side effect in this article.

Are you on statins as well? As above you need to discuss it with your GP.

Hi Brunneria,

Apologies for delay response.... GP said that its nothing to do with diabetes. It's just to do with some regular physical exercise and these problems I got because of the sitting posture which is not the right way whilst I do my office work. So, He suggested me to do some physiotherapic exercises...
