MY BG FLUCTUATES TOO MUCH Y?

HI NOOSRAT HERE again the matter is that my bg fluctuates too much y? sometimes i have a happy dair with control on the bg and yet the next day everyhting is upside down i then become sooooo depressed that i wanted to cry so plz can anyone help any thing or comment is most welcome.
