Tried to register on MFP but it would not let me.I thought it was just a calorie counter for diabetics but seems it is a weight loss plan
When it came to the questionaire to fill in for registration it was all geared to how much weight you want to loose what exercise you do and what your goal is none of this was relevant to what I wanted to know
I put in my weight but could not fill the box that asked how much weight you want to loose as I don't but no option to say this.. there was a box that said maintain present weight but that did not make any difference. All I got was the weight field was not filled in properly so seems you can only register if you want to loose weight so I gave up .

I have registered with my fitness pal but use it mainly as a carb counter and use the diary part, the app is great as it gives you carbs per serving size. I haven't looked at the weight part since I signed up. Will it let you put 0 in for weight loss or could you put something minimal in?

I use myfatsecret. Fitness pal won't work on my phone. Quite happy with fatsecret.

dont worry about what you put in, use for for your food diary and carb counting (and calorie counting if you care about calories) ignore the weight loss bits, its an awesome app, it helped me loads

Just downloaded fat secret. Got a shock as how many carbs had at lunch but it was yummy lol. Defo be cutting carbs down next week, need to get a proper handle on it first :)
