MFP also counts your carbs and all the other nutrients for you. You just have to play around in settings (custom settings, not default) and take it from there. However, you do need to be careful if you use the MFP entries for all nutrients and calories because they are submitted by people from all over the world, from countries that have different methods of food labelling and different ingredients in the same products. (eg. in America they tend to add more sugar to some products than we do in the UK). I use it daily, but I rarely use their food data. I enter my own foods using food labels, the book Carbs & Cals, and the internet to find the correct carbs etc.
