I was looking at the "MyFitnessPlan" just out of curiosity. The website has food portion control pics. They demonstrate food in the palm of your hand and what foods should fit into the palm of a persons hand. My question is... My sister is roughly the same size as me and weight yet her hands are quite a bit larger than mine, I have small hands. If she goes by the portions that the "MyFitnessPlan" demonstrates this means she gets more food than me. There are many people who are very much nearly the same weight and height but their hand size differs. Little ole me lucks out : ( lol This type of demonstration makes no sense at all to me and is not very well thought through. I do not know about others but I do not weigh broccoli cauliflower and greens..yet I have still lost quite a bit of weight. If I were to go by the "MyFitnessPlan" I would be starving lol Oh and to top it all they put Courgette on the starchy high carb list lol
