I had my results from my blood tests today since I was diagnosed with T2 in March this year (HbA1c was 7.8)
Today my readings are
HbA1c - 5.4
Serum Cholesterol - 5
Triglycerides - 1.08
HDL - 1.42
LDL - 3
HDL ratio - 3.6
I feel really chuffed about my HbA1c but I have no idea about the lipids - are they good or bad? Although the DN explained them to me she didn't really say what my targets should be and whether they were OK or not.
Any thoughts?
J

If you conform to the majority of people that post results on here, yes. Mine certainly did, even though they were fairly normal to begin with, they improved. If you have a search round you will see the results others have had. In any event, yours are very good to begin with.
