I am fine - great news about you though - being able to start your life again by starting to be able to exercise - that is really great. Apr 30, 2017

I am off work at the moment as I fell over at the swimming pool and have damaged my right shoulder - which I cannot use at the moment. Am at home, bored, playing silly computer games and unable to craft - am walking daily to keep those pesky levels at an acceptable level Enough of me though - how are you? Did you go for the Op - are you having it? How are you and your family
