My hba1c

Hi everyone

So I'm a little bit proud of myself ,yesterday I went to the doctors to find out the results from my blood test and my hba1c has reduced significantly from 80 down to 54 to say I'm chuffed is an understatement lol , it's all helping me on my journey to become a mum

My doctor put me on a lifeshape program which was weight watchers and gym membership at a reduced price , I've just cut back on my carbs and don't eat a lot of sugary foods like I used to (I also think it's the meds lol)
