When I told my DN that I wanted to see what foods did to my levels, she just laughed and told me I was on the point of being obsessive about testing.  :roll: She wouldn't even accept me doing that temporarily whilst i worked out what spiked me particularly.I've decided to wait until I can pretty much estimate pre-readings accurately and then carry out intensive post-meal testing. It's not ideal but hey-ho, I don't have a lot of choice.</blockquote>
