Hi got these done this morning, the results are with me:
HBAC1c = 40 MMOL/MOL
Total Chol 5.59
LDL 3.19
HDL 1.82
Trig 1.28
Chol/HDL 3.1
I was diagnosed with T2 in March 2023 with a HBAC1c of 82. Now in October 2023 its 40. Be honest I would say last two months the food choices have not been great so I was a little surprised. Feel free to comment as I am not very knowledgeable on Cholesterol to be fair. Still not on medication done via lifestyle and diet.
