Hi! I haven't been on here since the beginning of the year. I went abroad for six weeks to Thailand. I usually go for four weeks and lose 5-6 lbs as I eat less in a hot climate. This time I lost 14 lbs. I had my annual HbA1c blood test four weeks after I returned and got the result online today.
It is 47 mmol/L! Back in the pre-diabetic range.
My average fbg reading over the last 90 days is 7.3.
I am unfortunately starting to put weight on again since I got back. I was 147.8 lbs when I returned mid February. Up to 154.4 lbs today. But still less than the 161.2 lbs before I went away.
