a good result all round I am very pleased with them as I have had a bad infection with my diverticulitis and had 2 courses of antibiotics - have also had a high amount of upset and stress since Christmas and a VERY stressful few days so although my BP is slightly higher than it should be it was lower than I expected, also strangely I seem to get anxious sitting in the waiting room and get butterflies in my tummy - something that never happened in the past - Ok stop waffling now results as follows

BS 6.3 - down very slightly
Chol 5.1 - also down - no meds just keep trying to get it below 5
BP 132/85 was happy with this as I said above
urine - spot on - had traces last time now they have gone
feet - spot on
Weight 5kg lighter - now lost 91lb

so all in all and all things considered very happy, although couldn't budge her on the strips issue

Any improvement, however small is something to shout about.....well done.

As for the strips.....something you might have to keep banging on about, I mean if you can improve like that with no help from strips.....then tell them, think what I might achieve if I was able to test more often and see what foods are not good ! Keep plugging away. Even if you only get them for a short time might be an improvement.

Well done all round, but particularly on the weight loss - 91lbs!! 8)

As for the 'waiting room wobbles' my doctor just calls it 'white coat syndrome' - and yes I get that too! :roll:
