Type 1 My libre 2 sensor graph

Hi, it's not possible to spot patterns from one days graph. You can only see patterns over a longer period of time. Also, this time of year maybe isn't the best time to look for patterns, if you've been eating differently to normal.??

Hi, I'd like to try and spot any obvious patterns. Please can someone ask me some questions about my graph?

Hi,

Oh go on then..? "Pop quiz.."

Could you have over treated a hypo around 630pm?
Could there have been alcohol involved in the evening.& maybe your basal kicked in around midnight, however it wrestled a little with your blood till about 9am when a liver dump could have kicked in?

I have to admit, I'm more at home viewing Xdrip or Diabox graphs myself..

I'm nowhere near, am I.. :banghead::hilarious:

In all fairness, I would agree with @Hopeful34 . Something like a run of workdays? (3 in a row.) Where the regime of hours & break patterns could come closer to chopping some sense into it.. :)

Around 18:44 I treated a hypo with a mini can of coke 15g carbs.

There was no alcohol involved in the evening.

The run of 3 workdays in a row would have to wait until the middle of next week when I'm back at work - sadly lol I'm on my school holidays at the moment - I'm a midday assistant. Which libre graph would be the best one to post when I do the 3 day run.

You'd need to post all 3 days, because you're looking to see what happens to your blood sugar over a number of days, when the days in terms of activity, what you eat/bolus insulin etc are all similar.

Are you doing finger prick tests as well, because Libre readings can be quite inaccurate when you get above 10.

I'd say a run including days off AND work days would be required to see if there are patterns that occur. Are your days off more stressful than workdays, or vice versa? Does your diet change with workdays? do you change medication times etc?
